When contracting the services of Case Closed Bail Bonds you may be asked, or we will solicit as necessary, the following information: name, address, social security number, income, third-party reports such as consumer credit history, criminal records, motor vehicle records, information about past and present employers, insurers, and your previous bonding experience with us or other bonding companies.

The information you provide helps us to respond to your request, ensure proper underwriting and assists us with fulfilling the legal and regulatory requirements related to recordkeeping and accountability.

Your personally identifiable information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any outside party for any reason whatsoever without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested. This does not include the trusted third parties who assist us in monitoring the bond, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We also may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our policies or protect ours or others rights, property or safety.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personally identifiable information. These measures include extensive training of staff with regards to consumer information confidentiality and procedural safeguards to limit access of your information by employees and Case Closed representatives.

All transaction data including credit card information is completely encrypted and processed through our third party service provider Authourize.net, one of the most trusted names in the payment industry. Authourize.net’s secured server is P.CI. compliant. We do not store credit card information on our server.
