Evan Hankinson completed his post-secondary education at North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology. He was inspired by the curriculum to seek ways to blend a career in the legal field with social work. His education, experiences and natural disposition had sown the seeds for a career working with the public. The first position he took as a graduate was as a field underwriter for a local insurance broker specializing in whole and term life insurance. What he found most enjoyable about the job was getting the opportunity to have meaningful interactions with people in intimate settings, while providing them with a valuable service.

Seeking more of a challenge, Hankinson eventually applied for and obtained the Property and Casualty License and shortly thereafter, began field underwriting property and liability insurance contracts. This position brought him in contact with even more diverse demographic groups, solidified his passion for working with the public, and introduced him to the business of writing bonds.

With a background in insurance, and a calling for public service, surety bonding provided the perfect avenue for Evan to put his talents to highest and best use. He launched Case Closed Bail Bonds with the vision that it would one day be the benchmark of customer service in the bail industry.

Evan currently holds three professional licenses, is a member of the North Carolina Bail Agent’s Association and remains in good standing with The North Carolina Department of Insurance. He still maintains a high standard of professionalism, understanding and compassion with long-standing as well as prospective clients.
