A loved one has been arrested. What do I do now?

What_Do_In_Do_Now_Pic

In order for us to begin the release process we will need to collect preliminary information about the person in custody. Be prepared to provide the individual’s name, charges and jail location to an agent by phone.

In most cases, the defendant will need a co-signer (also referred to as an indemnitor) to post bond. The co-signer is a responsible adult over the age of 21, usually a friend or family member of the defendant, and willing to cooperate with Case Closed to guarantee the principals appearance in court.

Once you have gathered the preliminary information and identified a co-signer, you are ready to speak directly with an agent. Call Case Closed Bail Bonds immediately at 919-624-9301

Helpful Hint: Although we cannot guarantee a specific release time, defendants bonded shortly after they are booked-in are usually released quicker. If time is a factor for you, call as soon as you learn of the arrest and an agent will begin working your case.
